What percentages of your customers are satisfied with your techniques and services?

We have had a less than 1% return for the Ticket Brokerage Secrets CD - so 99.4% have been satisfied. You cannot satisfy everybody, but we are as close to doing that as anyone can be.

Why don't you just sell tickets instead of selling the secrets?

There are so many events that occur in this country - literally tens of millions of seats are sold on an annual basis. There are thousands of ticket brokers. Because the industry is so big, it makes more sense for us to sell the techniques than it does to deal with the hundreds of reps it would take to sell enough tickets to equal the same amount of profit.

How did you get this valuable information?

One of the country's biggest ticket brokers retired recently after making millions of dollars in the industry. He provided most of the information to us for a fee. There are also other contributors who receive a royalty for some of the information they contributed. All-in-all, there are 15 contributors of information.

I live outside the US, can the secrets in the CD help me get tickets in my own country?

We cannot say for absolute certain but the same procedures apply. Concerts and events all over the world are essentially managed the same way and therefore the TixSecrets.com CD should be just as helpful to you as it is to someone in the US. Though admittedly, some of the information is for US users only (phone numbers and such) but I think some of the secrets and concepts will help you get the tickets you want. You could be the first in your country, what an advantage! And besides, if it doesn't work for you over there we will gladly refund your purchase price. So I'd say, give it a go - you have nothing to lose.

Aren't ticket brokers upset about you selling this information?

Absolutely, however this industry is huge. When you think of all the sporting events, concerts, Broadway shows…you can't imagine how many tickets are bought and sold. Even if we sold 100,000 copies of this publication, it still would not affect the overall business of the ticket broker.  Ticket Brokers in New York are currently trying to get a court order to block us from selling this information.  It is ruining their purchasing system and putting them out of business.

Because you are selling the secrets to so many different people, even if I utilize them, won't it make it difficult for me to obtain tickets to some of the shows I want to attend?

Most likely, not. There are so many events in so many different cities, and so many thousands of tickets available for each event; it is highly unlikely, because of our distribution program, that it will affect your ability to get quality seats. This program has worked time and time again and will continue to work if you follow the guidelines exactly.

Can I really get tickets within the first ten rows through Ticketmaster for any event?  Is it possible to get backstage passes?
